Owner(s)/Buyer(s) right of cancellation and or refund of any transaction authorized and verified is three (3) business days from the date noted on the duly signed sales/membership contract or from the date of any services rendered, consultancy or other contract/agreement signed by owner/buyer/client, or the legal Consumer Protection right of rescission period required by law where the product, membership, service, consultancy or other contract/agreement was facilitated and signed by owner/buyer/client whichever is greater.

Destiny Resort Solutions, Inc. will issue a 100% refund of all monies paid by owner/buyer/client upon written request from owner/buyer/client which must be sent by registered mail post marked within the above noted time frame to:

Facsimile cancellation/refund requests will be accepted if the faxed copy of the cancellation/refund request has been notarized by a Notary Public and faxed to 844-777-9444 on or before the expiration of the cancellation/refund period noted above, and the original cancellation/refund document of the faxed copy is received by registered mail within ten (10) business days at the address above from the date the fax was sent.

E mail and telephone cancellations will not be accepted.

If for whatever reason Destiny Resort Solutions, Inc. fails to deliver any product, membership, service, consultancy or other contract/agreement term or condition in a reasonable time frame, Destiny Resort Solutions. Inc. will issue a full 100% refund upon request within ten (10) business days of receipt of request.

If Destiny Resort Solutions, Inc. can provide Owner/client with documented proof that Destiny Resorts has initiated delivery and/or fulfillment of any term or condition set forth in any product, membership, service, consultancy or other contract/agreement after the above noted legal right of rescission has expired but owner/buyer/client has requested a refund, Destiny Resort Solutions, Inc. will refund a prorated portion of the amount paid by owner/buyer/client as determined by what portions have been facilitated or are in the process of being facilitated and the amount of time that has transpired from the contract/agreement date and the date of the refund request based on the following chart:

If owner/buyer/client has utilized any term or condition and or any use benefit from the product, membership, consultancy, service or any other portion of the product, membership, service, consultancy or other contract/agreement after the legal right of rescission has expired, no refund will be offered or honored.

Refunds to owner/buyer/client will be sent by traceable delivery such as FedEx, UPS, USPS or other service within ten (10) business day’s receipt and verification of refund eligibility by Destiny Resort Solutions, Inc. to the address stipulated on the sales, service, consultancy or other contract/agreement.
